I have been working in Sales Support for many years in a top Medtech company. I have learned many valuable skills in contract management, cultivating relationships with customers to meet their needs while keeping the needs of the company in mind. My experience has been in Medical Sales and contract management but am open to any field where I can continue to work with amazing products and people.

I have worked closely with Field Service Engineers and have picked up many valuable skills such as IT and Cable terminations. I enjoy working with my hands and think logically to tackle any project. I am self-driven and am skilled at time management.

Endoscopy Support Specialist III at Olympus America Corporation, Field Sales Support (2018-07 – Present)

Providing a positive customer experiences by delivering repair prevention and equipment cleaning/disinfection/sterilization education. Provide customer assistance in preventing repairs, reducing service contract costs, and support service contract renewals. Establish develop and maintain field contact with key customers, clinicians, researchers, and other decision makers in assigned accounts.

Routine travel to customer facilities offering onsite support. Work closely with Sales the sales team to support all customer needs.

Duties include setting up rooms for procedures, cleaning and disinfecting scopes for procedures, helping admit and discharge patients, being on call for any urgent or emergent cases at night and on weekends, Writing new policies and procedures for the department.
