Previously employed under the Blue Springs School District as a Prime Time Staff at Cordill-Mason Elementary. I'd watch students after school, make sure they're entertained, engaged and cared for. I've had to interact with their parents when they came to pick up their children, so I've gotten good at formal speaking and carrying conversations.
