I enjoy utilizing my skills to produce new products for user satisfaction.
I have done two UX research internships and another internship where I am a business development intern. For my first internship, I started this internship in July of 2020. I was paired with 6 other interns and all of us had no prior knowledge of UX/UI experience.
Within 6 weeks, we were tasked with coming up with a plan to improve an already existing interface. We decided to work with Zoom and created a space called "Zoom classroom mode," which is an enhancement to Zoom communications and helps resolve the problems with interactions between the students and teachers. Our team used User Experience, Research, and Design to help solve these problems.
My second internship was another user research role with an app called Doubtnut, which is similar to Khan Academy. I had the opportunity to work on the Doubtnut app to improve competitive test prep for high school students. My main focus was to conduct research to gain intel on how to improve the app so that students can access study materials for the SAT and ACT Some of my experiences include:
My last internship experience is a little bit different. I am a business development intern for a company called Electronic Investment Networking Consulting (EINC). They are an innovative tech consulting start-up company. I have the opportunity to help the company with the development of an app called Tryve. Some of my roles for this internship consist of:
Senior Undergraduate at Loyola University Maryland with a major in physics and minor in communications with a specialization in digital media.
