High-volume, high-acuity ambulatory surgery center providing care comparable to hospital-based perioperative units.
- Deliver acute nursing care across pre, intra, and post anesthesia phases in a high-acuity perioperative setting.
- Perform rapid assessments and respond to clinical deterioration, including airway compromise, hemodynamic instability, and post anesthesia complications.
- Manage Phase I & II PACU recovery, including cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, and pain control.
