Hi, I am currently working as a peri operative RN in the Operating room. I’m passionate about providing great patient care including patient safety and teaching, as well as health maintenance. I strive to learn something new everyday in my field. I am proficient in computer systems (Microsoft, Apple, Epic, iPad and tablets, etc.) and a quick learner. I am bilingual, with a Bachelors Degree in Spanish Language and Literature. Prior to nursing I worked for two years inas a medical technician at a Retina Opthomology clinic where I utilized my language skills daily. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities and sports like hiking/paddle boarding, and spending time agility and therapy training my dogs.
I have two years experience in Opthomology and most recently/currently in Perioperative Nursing.
