Working with cross-functional teams takes patience, diligence and tenacity. Everything starts with customer experience, product design and demographics for me. Much of my experience has revolved around retail-facing products and scenarios, so strategic and transactional considerations require end-to-end consideration for everything I design.

I have won numerous awards, have experience managing both designers and developers, and my work ethic is something I'm very proud of with a prioritization matrix of customer-business-team-individual always in mind.

With a strong foundation in design systems, I ensure best practices in responsive design and component development. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and management teams, I align design solutions with business objectives while proactively identifying and resolving UX/UI challenges.

Applying the Atomic Design Methodology, I develop scalable, cohesive components that enhance product quality and adaptability across platforms.
