I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources. This educational background has provided me with a strong foundation in both strategic and practical aspects of HR, particularly in areas like employee relations, effective communication, and dealing with with diverse people from different cultures and backgrounds. These experiences make me well-suited to provide exceptional customer service, as I understand how to connect with individuals and meet their unique needs.
