About
I'm a 25+ year industry lifer. My whole life and everything/one I know revolves around the bar trade. I'm ocd clean. I keep my head on a pivot. I'm ready for anything and like to prep ahead and be ready. I'm almost never flustered and can usually calm the most hectic of bars or irate customers.
