Provide inpatient level of care in the form of cross coverage, admissions, and consultant Hospitalist APRN.
- Admit and manage patients from emergency department with various diagnoses such as COPD exacerbation, asthma exacerbation, CHF exacerbation, chest pain, various arrythmias, stroke, altered mental status, sepsis due to various infectious diseases, fractures, GI bleed, etc.
- Conduct initial assessments, review charts, order and review clinical and diagnostic tests, formulate and implement treatment plans as appropriate.

- Maintain collaborative culture by communicating with patients, families, SNF facilities, nursing personnel, primary physicians, and specialty consultants to ensure team approach and open communication.
- Accurately document all patient encounters in patient EMR consistent with guidelines.
