Monitoring work of all associates according to their function and assisting with training new hires and coordinates and manages associate breaks/lunches. Oversee timely and proper placement of items in inventories. Coordinate and communicate with production personnel regarding product availability, aging issues, and selective product usage.

Also responsible for all off-site shipments including inspection, packaging and shipping paperwork. Responsible for basic assembly, adjustments and/or repairs of parts. Maintained all parts inventory for the Maintenance group.
This included conducting inventory cycle counts, weigh/mark parts with identifiers, monitoring min/max levels and ordered additional amounts when needed. Entered all orders for parts/equipment into the ERP and followed all required approvals. Researched sources and analyzed part specifications to ensure it meets requirements.
Worked with Maintenance team to review requirements and recommendations. Placed purchase orders for needed parts and equipment through companies ERP system. Communicated with suppliers, both verbally and in writing, on matters relating to supplies.
Completed all required paperwork on a timely basis, maintained active files and records history, and prepared necessary reports. Lead housekeeping efforts within area of my responsibility. Participated on continuous improvement teams and initiatives.
