I am passionate about my work. Because I love what I do, I have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. In my last job, this passion led me to challenge myself daily and learn new skills that helped me to do better work.

● Write and test new projects, quizzes, and exams about procedural, functional, memory safe systems programming and language concepts such as lambda calculus, finite automata, operational semantics

● Assist and guide students with course content and projects during office hours and grade assignments

Intro to Computer Science Redesign Team | University of Maryland JAN. 2023 - PRESENT 

● Partner with professors and students to design an introductory series of classes (CMSC 141/142) to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) outcomes and demonstrate connections to other fields

● Draft course material such as lecture content, labs, projects, and homeworks using Pyret and Python.

Software Engineer Intern | Two Six Technologies JUNE 2022 - AUG 2022

● Expanded on PULSE 4.1 web application and redesigned homepage with a modern touch and feel

● Upgraded storing user session data and tokens to Redis database with session ID as cookie

● Implemented functionality for user to switch organizations and limit user permissions using PULSE API

Software Engineer Intern | Two Six Technologies JAN. 2022 - JAN. 2022

● Built new endpoints to parse data stored in SQL database and wrote unit tests for the Keydat API ● Developed a web application from scratch for the Keydat project, which displays relevant data from the API based on user input, such as filters on notes and labels
