I am currently the Assistant Community Manager at DoMUS apartments in the Third Ward, Milwaukee, WI. For the past three years, I have gained knowledge in this industry as a leasing professional. My goal is to take the next step in my career, and the position seems like the perfect fit.
In my current position, I actively perform many of the responsibilities of a Community Manager. Specifically, I am involved with weekly LRO calls, sending renewals for residents, organizing and scheduling resident events, process rent checks, and overseeing and scheduling contractors when needed. Customer service is my specialty, and any concerns or complaints from residents are handled quickly and properly.
