I have a background in psychology with a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and I’m passionate about understanding how people think, learn, and perform in structured environments.

Through my experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I’ve developed strong skills in behavior observation, data collection, and individualized support. In addition, my work in standardized test scoring has strengthened my attention to detail, consistency, and ability to evaluate performance using defined criteria.

I’m particularly interested in roles where I can apply my knowledge of human behavior, data analysis, and organizational effectiveness, whether it be in HR, talent development, data analysis, research, or people-focused operations.

Test Scorer/Team Leader at Data Recognition Corporation (2024 – Present)

• Utilized state rubrics to objectively assess student performance.
• Scored over 300 student standardized test responses daily, consistently meeting or exceeding agreement rates (accuracy).
• Supervised a team of 10+ Test Scorers, analyzing quality control reports (such as reading rates, reliability reports, and score point distributions) to identify areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback, resulting in positive increases in overall scoring accuracy.
• Conducted validity checks, read-behinds, and resolved non-adjacent scoring.
• Ensured accuracy and compliance with company policies by auditing and approving Test Scorer timesheets in Dayforce.

Behavior Interventionist at Cortica (2022 – 2022)

• Implemented individualized behavior intervention plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder while maintaining HIPAA compliance, resulting in decreases in maladaptive behaviors.
• Utilized data collection and analysis through CentralReach to track progress and inform data-driven decisions, leading to increases in desired behaviors among clients.
• Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and parents to develop comprehensive treatment plans, resulting in improvements in overall client outcomes.
