Terra Verde Discovery School, Norman, OK - Spanish Language Faculty- Teach grades 6th, 7th, and 8th the Spanish language from a curriculum I built on my own. I teach Spanish through music and storytelling, no textbook is used. August 2020- May 2022
Aramark Conference Center and Hotel, Norman, OK - Revenue Manager- Developed, implemented and watched sales strategies for my hotel. Ran forecasts and other reports to make sure revenue was recording correctly. Balanced the house for groups and transient guests, the job was very detail oriented. Watched our Comp Set to make sure our prices were within the other hotel’s range. Had to learn and be proficient: Opera Oracle, Travelclick, Expedia, Excel, Delphi and Passkey. Worked closely with the general manager, sales department and conference planning, and managed two group rooms coordinators.

I was in charge of setting up reservations for guests coming in for conferences, making sure their arrival/ departure dates were correct, if they needed meal plans, specific rates, notes and any other details required for the Front Desk to have a successful check in. I also helped support the front desk with any questions about the group. I worked and was proficient in various systems: Opera Oracle, Passkey and Delphi.
