I'm a highly energetic, positive individual who thrives when multitasking. My passion is working in food and hospitality on busy dining room floors and kitchens. I have over 30+ years of experience as a manager, waitress, and hostess.

My specialty is building strong interpersonal relationships with customers and using those relationships to ensure they become regulars. I have a fantastic reputation with every customer base I’ve ever had. I truly get to know my coworkers and customers.

I apply acute attention to detail to everything I do. One of my greatest talents is training restaurant employees in the art of customer service. I am extremely adept at predicting and observing customers' needs, as well as teaching those skills to others.

I finish high school in Nicosia Cyprus follow by Hospitality classes at tourism and hotel in collage in Cyprus back in 1980 .
