Mariah Galindo

I’m a passionate advocate for social equity and a dedicated professional with experience in public service, leadership, and customer-facing roles. With a background in international affairs and political science, I’ve developed strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills through my work in local politics, nonprofit organizations, and the service industry. My diverse experience includes serving as a county committee member, advocating for inclusion, and leading teams in fast-paced environments.

I’m committed to creating positive change, whether through policy analysis, community engagement, or delivering excellent service in the workplace. Currently pursuing my master's degree, I’m seeking opportunities that allow me to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact.

I have diverse professional experience in customer service, food service, retail, sales, and local politics. I've worked as a server/bartender, sales associate, barista, and hostess, consistently receiving positive reviews for my customer service. I also have leadership experience from my work as a field organizer and county committee member, with skills in advocacy, team management, and training canvassers.

My strong people-facing experience and passion for creating safe, positive environments are central to my professional approach. I also have an academic background in political science and international affairs.
