The Rink Staff Seasonal at SPS Global (2025-09 – 2026-01)
- Greet quests while entering the rink gift shop
- Inform guests where to purchase tickets and where the access desk is to scan their tickets for skating and skate rental.
- Process card and cash transactions for Rockefeller Center merchandise.
- Ask guest their size for skate rentals and advise them to exchange any skate they dislike at the skate return/exchange desk.
- Managing skate exchange/return desk, give guests the skate their request that's most comfortable to them.
- Throughout the shift when it's less busy organize, clean, sharpen and restock rack bars of skates according to their sizes.
- Answers guest concerns regarding their ticket purchase with the rink and help guests have fun skating on the skating rink especially if it's their first experience.
Sales Associate at IT'SUGAR (2019-01 – 2024-05)
- Welcome customers in a cheerful manner visiting Sugary.
- Assist customers with finding a product in the shop.
- Manage customer transactions on register.

- Assure park mechanics and IT signs off on the Go sheet before cycling the ride twice upon opening hours
- Greet guests warmly and help navigate guests to certain locations in the park
- Assist guests in scanning parks cards to board the attraction
- Enforce height requirements and medical safety check while attending to guest at the scanner
- Maintain safety regulations before and during operating the attraction
- Issue attraction malfunction and guest concerns
