I am an Egyptian-American photographer and filmmaker. I am currently based in Chicago, IL but have lived most of my life in Cairo, Egypt, where I got my bachelor’s degree in Photography and Filmmaking.
I started off as a street photographer, focusing on capturing perfectly composed yet genuine moments that portray the order within the chaotic daily life of Cairo’s streets. I expanded my photography skills in various fields that include but are not limited to Photojournalism, Product and Commercial Photography.
I then branched off to filmmaking, working mainly on long term documentary projects as well as experimental short films.
I have been a photographer for 5 years with experience in different photography fields that include but are no limited to photojournalism, commercial photography and Real Estate photography.
I have a bachelor’s degree in photography and filmmaking
