A significant portion of my work has involved managing the day-to-day operations of social research studies using a variety of methodologies in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams of colleagues, sponsors, and other external project stakeholders.
■ Highly driven policy scientist with 8 years of professional experience in the development of evidence generation strategies for social change as demonstrated by the completion of 5 collaborative equity-based research projects including one four-year longitudinal study with Indigenous women leaders in Colombia combating gender-based violence.
■ Experience leading the evaluation and impact measurement of a community-based health care clinic, with the ability to design and implement mixed methodologies, resulting in 7 reports assessing the program's efficiency, effectiveness, and impact on the health outcomes of Latina immigrants.
■ Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to work in dynamic, cooperative, multidisciplinary and ever-changing environments, as evidenced by 5 research collaborations, including a ten-country remote collaboration to estimate the effects of COVID-19 lockdown on women's wellbeing and family dynamics.
