Managing luxury residential and mixed use projects in Austin remotely from Costa Rica for most of the year required a disciplined and reliable process. Visiting the site every 2-3 months requires a clear strategy to ensure each trip results in meaningful site reviews and effective inspections. Without the ability to be on site daily, project schedules, milestone tracking, design reviews, and client communication had to operate with clarity and consistency.
This role confirmed that the process holds under pressure and at a distance.
