Hello, My name is Marissa Ponce. I have been married for 20 years. I have 2 boys Dylan and Derek. Dylan is from my previous marriage and Derek. I am a “BoyMom” and would not have it any other way. I have been a PTA President for my son's school, Team mom for 8 years with my son's soccer lead.
I would high and above for them. My younger son, Derek, is deaf and hard of hearing. He wears hearing aids. These boys our my life. I am the kind of person that shares that persona with everyone else. We do not know what the other person is going through so keeping my boys well rounded has been a job for me but I would not do it any other way.
In search of a new beginning and I hope HEB will home home for me. I have been in Office Manager, front office leader and much more. I have been in that area of business over 34 years. What I thought was a summer job after high graduation turned into being in the field 34 years. Truth of the matter, it doesn't matter what type of business you are in keeping patience happy is just like keeping customers, keeping the clients it's happy what we do.
I am actually taking some online classes with Del Mar College. Where I don't have in “relevant education” I have in “On Hand's” education. I have learned customer/patient is the same. Helping the customer/ patient is to the same point. We help, reach out , and make sure everyone leaves happy.
