Lastly, but equally as important, I believe in mentorship. I am equally as comfortable being the mentor or the mentored. Mentorship is how we achieve our goals more quickly. It isn’t enough to be good at what we do. We need to be able to teach what we know to even those that are not easily taught, even if you must do it in a way in which they don’t realize you are teaching them.
