I’ve been in the pest control industry for 18 years have my ace certification my QA’s in both industrial and termites also have my weed licensing and right away in the state of Arizona. Developed a training program to onboard new hires, a weeklong course, including licensing to pass the Arizona licensing exam for each of the categories.
Most recently, I spent the last seven years with a local family owned company developing the specialty services department which included rodent monitoring, introducing new electronic monitoring, techniques, weed control for turf and ornamental, exclusion of commercial buildings and residential buildings for rodents and birds and bird trapping programs mostly for commercial programming.
