As a Human Resources Specialist, my role has been to guide new employees through the onboarding process and to present New Hire Orientations every week. Additionally, my role consists of me running background checks, setting up new employees in all software programs, uploading documents to employee profiles, completing unemployment paperwork, completing terminations, completing requisitions, and providing general support for all employees.

My job at WinCraft and Fanatics was to review sports product designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and compliance requirements. My role involves examining designs for legal accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines across different sports leagues.
