Once I clock in, I dress down into my warm work clothes, then I go to the start up meeting. After the start up meeting, I go to my signed forklift and sign into my hand scanner. My supervisor will give me a work order to work on, I will put that order number into my hand scanner and start hand picking my order onto a peco pallet.
Once I have picked so many boxes, I take my pallet to the wrap machine, after I wrap the pallet, I go to the computer and scan a pallet label and print out a placard for the pallet. And stage the pallet into a staging lane for the loader. I also do put away, I get a door that will have over 60 pallets at the dock door.
I scan the label on the pallet and it tells me witch rack too take the pallet to. I get to the location and place the pallet into the push rack, scan the staging bar code and go back and continue. I also pick full pallets as needed
