During my internship at Studio A, Sachem Public Library, I immersed myself in end-user technology support and customer service, enriching my understanding of user needs and enhancing my communication skills. I gained hands-on experience with a variety of equipment and software, including Prusa 3D printing technology and BossLaser equipment, which included engraving services for patrons. In addition to assisting patrons with technology use and conducting poster printing tasks, I actively contributed to The Studio's operations and community outreach efforts.
This comprehensive experience provided valuable insights into the intersection of technology, customer service, and community engagement, enhancing my professional skill set and fostering a deep appreciation for the importance of accessible technology in public spaces.
