I found thetype of work I wanted to do,work in the medical field. So the very first job I got was becoming a caregiver. I started helping people that couldn't help themselves, and people that needed assistance with doing their day to day living and I loved it. I enjoyed it so much I stayed at my very first job for 19 years. Then I wanted to learn more and I became a certified nurse assistant. I got my

HHA ,CPR ,first aid ,BLS. I worked in nursing homes, care homes,private care, and Post acute care .I can honestly say I enjoy what I do working with elderly ,young adults ,and also children... I also have experience in management, lead cashier, sales & associates, customer service, and retail... I am a dedicated, responsible person, and I have compassion and respect for all. I’m a caring, compassionate,

responsible person. team player and a excellent problem solver. dependable and always on time,

Implements resident care activities under the direction of the registered nurse and licensed vocational nurse.

• Provides care to residents following facility policies and procedures, and in accordance with C.N.A.

certification standards.

• As appropriate, reports residents’ needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
• In accordance with facility policy, reports all unusual occurrences to licensed nurses and/or facility administration.
• As directed by RN or LVN, collects admission data through interview of resident and/or family and/or

From other health care providers.

• As directed, obtains, records and reports residents’ vital signs.
• Documents all nursing data collected per practice and facility standards.
• Implements infection control policies and procedures.
• Collects and reports data to RN or LVN for development of plans that meet resident/family needs.
• Implements and documents safe, therapeutic, and efficient care as directed by RN or LVN.
• Supports appropriate priorities for resident care. Anticipates need for emotional support.
• Supports the psychologcare field.Takes preventative measures in providing resident care.
• Protects skin and mucous membranes.
• Protects residents from falls or other contact injuries.
• Uses positioning and/or exercise to prevent injury or the complications of immobility.
