I came to realize a few years ago that it's not the project that you are working on but the people you are working on the project with that makes the difference. I have been asked numerous times to come in halfway through a project (even recommended by other companies) to help, assist, and even take over a failing project. I think it takes someone with a lot of adaptability and being able to think outside the box to jump right into a project that already started 12 months ago and get caught up in a hurry.

Ultimately, I'm looking for my forever work family. A place where I can watch the project grow from start to finish and be an everlasting piece to that puzzle with many more to come. I'm easy to work with and quickly form relationships with co-workers and inspectors.

Lead Superintendent - C. Herman Construction - Charlotte, NC

(2025-01)

• The Kannon at Wendell
• 376 unit complex between 5 buildings each having 4 stories
• Clubhouse, Fitness Center, and mail kiosk building are separate along with 6 other ancillary buildings
• I took over this project mid-way to ensure that it opens on time and is completed on or before the contractual date
• New Bern Crossings
• 192 unit complex between 6 buildings with 3/4 split buildings
• Little amenities as this is a low income affordable housing project
• I came into this project mid-way to get it on track and keep it moving forward
• Triangle Town Crossings
• 384 unit complex amongst 10 buildings where 8 were split level
• This project featured a very large, 2 story clubhouse overlooking the largest pool and amenities area in NC for a multi-family build
• I was recommended by Terwilliger and Pappas to take over this project mid-way as the project needed new guidance and support to make up a 2 month slip in the schedule and finish on time. We were successful

Lead Superintendent - New South Construction - Atlanta, GA

(2024-11 - 2025-01)

I left New South Construction as the did not have any further work in the Raleigh/Durham area at the time

Lead Superintendent - Samet - Greenville, NC

(2023-06 - 2024-09)

• Solis Hills Apts
• 315 unit complex between 3 mid-sized, split level buildings and 1 large, multi-level building with a 2 level parking garage
• I came into this project mid-way to work along side of the lead super to ensure the project would close out on time
• After 9 months, we were on track and I was then sent to another project to get a 7 story parking garage back on schedule and start the podiums of that project despite the client (Terwilliger and Pappas) asking for me to stay till the end

Lead Superintendent - DHI - Myrtle Beach, SC

(2022-11 - 2023-05)

• Artisan at Carolina Forest
• 276 unit complex between 5 garden style buildings and 84 "casitas"
• I was brought in to assist the Pm in getting a flow back to the site
• The original contract was for me to be there 3-4 months. I was talked into 7 and left when I knew the project was in a good place

Lead Superintendent - TDK - Horizon West, FL

(2020-12 - 2022-09)

• Vintage Horizon West
• 340 unit complex consisting of 9 garden style units and 1 large 4 story building
• I was relocated from Frisco ,TX to lead this project from the ground up
• Even though VHW took place during the Covid period, we successfully managed to navigate throughout having upwards of almost 120 framers on site at times and nearly 200 workers in total over the 18 acre site

Superintendent - TDK - Las Colinas, TX

(2018-10 - 2020-11)

• The Banks at Las Colinas (formerly The Carolyn at Las Colinas)
• 319 unit complex wrapped around a 7 story parking deck on Lake Carolyn
• I was brought in on this project from ground up
• This site was extremely difficult to navigate do to the lake and the high rise building next to it
• This project took a lot of coordination and thinking outside the box to get it to completion
