- Provide basic needs to youth upon arrival to the program (hygiene products, shower, and bedroom assignment).
- Provide direct care services to youth to ensure appropriate ratios and levels of supervision are maintained.
- Observe, report, and document identified patterns of behavior and required information that warrants documentation, such as: elevated supervision forms, close observations, food logs, sleep logs, and bed monitoring logs.
- Establish appropriate, professional relationships with children, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.

- Comply with all relevant rules, policies, and procedures, including those related to child protection, health, and safety.
