- Manage much needed breaks and food supply for staff to keep them healthy during extreme heat weathered conditions
- Work alongside Tour Managers, U.S. Army main clients, U.S. Army recruiters and the U.S. Army band, "As You Were."
- Setup autograph signage and photo station for attendees to meet the band.
- Projected announcements to attendees walking pass the footprint to guarantee attendance and satisfy my management and clients vision of the autograph session.

- Previously meet with Brand Ambassadors and Back-up staff before shift at an offsite location to check-in and receive entry bands, parking passes and caravan over to footprint in a timely fashion.

- Fill in positions when needed: count of attendees that toured the footprint (using clicker), gather lead information alongside recruiters, provide tours of footprint to attendees while encouraging to receive a free album of the band and other premiums, take fun photos replacing attendees heads with big head Army soldiers, engage in conversation with attendees of civilian and military background while encouraging the listening station of the band, help attendees with personals photos around the footprint, and keep the flow of traffic going when footprint would begin to get over crowded.
