I am a licensed loan officer with over six years of experience in the mortgage industry. I am passionate about assisting individuals in achieving their goals of homeownership and home retention. I am an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, mortgage servicing, and customer service management. Throughout my career, I’ve excelled in roles focused on loss mitigation, debt resolution, and customer advocacy, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals by offering tailored loan products and services. I have a proven track record of managing large pipelines, negotiating favorable mortgage terms, and driving customer engagement, all while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

My leadership experience includes managing teams and streamlining processes to improve both sales performance and operational efficiency. I also bring a deep understanding of mortgage compliance, underwriting, and financial product knowledge.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management at Western Governors University, with 25 credit hours completed so far. This education is equipping me with key skills in management, business strategy, and operations that complement my professional experience in sales, customer service, and mortgage servicing.
