Throughout my career, I’ve led 24/7 support environments, modernized service desks, and aligned IT with business goals, enabling technology to stop being a pain point and become a competitive advantage.
My background encompasses enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online), identity and access management (Entra ID/Azure AD), device management (Intune/MDM), and legal-tech platforms, such as NetDocuments. I’m comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where uptime, confidentiality, and client service are non-negotiable.
I specialize in building and improving processes: standardizing incident, request, change, and problem management; defining SLAs and KPIs; and coaching support teams to deliver consistent, professional service. I’m equally at home in the weeds of an outage bridge as I am in the boardroom explaining risk, roadmap, and ROI in clear business language.
I am currently seeking a full-time role as a Director or VP of Information Technology, IT Operations, or IT Service Management, ideally with an organization that values modernization, security, and a strong end-user experience.
