• 2024 – Al-Qubba International Hospital, Cairo, Egypt: Main and architectural consultant for 7-story hospital (18,000 m² total area).
• 2020 – SELEN Hospital, Libya: Main consultant for Cardiology Hospital (19,000 m²) and Oncology Center (10,000 m²) through all design stages.
• 2017 – Al-Adwani General Hospital, Saudi Arabia: Reviewed and critiqued hospital design for zoning, department relationships, user flow, patient safety, wayfinding, and patient/family-centered care concept.
