As a Human Resource Manager, my journey has been driven by a passion for people, growth, and creating meaningful workplace experiences. I believe that every organization’s success begins with its people—and my role has always been to connect the right talent with the right opportunities while fostering a culture of engagement, performance, and trust.
Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. I have successfully managed full-cycle hiring processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and retention strategies.
My experience also includes working closely with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals, improving hiring efficiency, and enhancing employee satisfaction. I have supported hiring across various roles such as IT, administrative, creative, and operational positions, ensuring timely and quality placements.
I hold a degree in a relevant field that has provided me with a strong foundation in business and human resource management. My academic background, combined with continuous learning and professional development, allows me to stay updated with current HR trends and best practices.
