Masouma Sadat

My Name is Masouma my last name is Sadat I have my Bachelor's degree in Economics from Asia University in Herat. I have attended various seminars, workshops, conferences, and training in my academic and professional life which have added to my knowledge and experience. Besides academic studies, I have Nine years of progressive work experience with National and International Organizations in Afghanistan, holding Finance and Admin positions.

My academic and work experience has provided me with strong Negotiation, Communication, Counseling, Analyzing, Reasoning, and Interpersonal skills. I am a good team player and self-starter. I always eagerly cooperate with colleagues in a team for the best results.

Flexibility and enthusiasm enable me to work under pressure and efficiently carry out entrusted duties in various working conditions. Apart from above mentioned experience, I have strong knowledge of building effective communication inside and outside of an organization with related stakeholders and beneficiaries, and I do love my field of work.

I have nine years of experience in Finance positions with National and International Organizations in Afghanistan.
