I have spent most of my career in Global Financial Services focusing on the Recruitment, Development and Training of the early talent pipelines. I've also headed up key recruitment teams from the volume environment (4500+ hires per year) to the niche trading floor roles and executive search. Having taken some time over the past 6 years to pursue a personal business interest I am now looking to return to my career and look forward to starting something new.
I can bring a global perspective having spent most of my career in London and NYC, but also Paris, Milan and Hong Kong. I've managed large teams and am able to build strong relationships between business lines and HR - with my action oriented delivery focus. I am currently LA based.
