- Finding discrepancies and preventative concerns to address before they affect the schedule or critical path when possible.
- Assemble, write, and review of change orders including the following work:
- Write detailed descriptions of work to justify costs associated with change orders while calculating value of change orders with Accubid.
- Overlay of drawings to spot differences in different versions of drawings
- Assemble all material orders and other material for change order backup

- Log change order financial and quantitative report in Project Management Report in Excel with data such as, hours, type of hours, labor costs, subcontractor costs, material costs, etc.
- Qualify approved change orders to ensure proper compensation and reimbursement from general contractors
- Requesting, and qualifying of RFQ for quotable items such as distribution equipment and lighting packages.
- File for permits with township for fire alarm and electrical work when needed.
- Transfer material orders from foreman's written request to excel sheet and sending them to the purchasing department.
- Coordinate deliveries from purchasing with foremen to ensure receiving, and acceptance of delivery.
- Conducted timekeeping audits and verified field labor hours to ensure accuracy and compliance with logged time.
- Gather and assemble submittals for approved material when awarded projects, then sent to purchasing for material buyout.
- Breakdown estimates into cost codes to submit for AIA billing once awarded projects, report on project progress for AIA billing.
- Discover and investigate discrepancies in reports for labor hours or costs associated with change orders or daily work
