Director of Transportation at Council on Aging, Inc. (2016-06 – 2026-05) In managing the operations of Demand Response Paratransit and Public Transportation Services in St.
County, Florida, I supervised a team of over 70 staff members and oversaw a fleet of more than 45 vehicles. Additionally, I served as ESF 1 lead coordinator for emergency response and disaster recovery activities, which included mass evacuations. This role involved managing a fleet of over 100 vehicles, training and developing more than 900 employees, overseeing call center and control center operations, and delivering health and human service programs that provide hospitality services to the community.
I also contributed to an increase in the organization's revenue from $20.5 million in 2007 to $24.4 million in 2009. During this period, FCC was honored with the Arkansas Nonprofit Organization of the Year award in 2009.
