My name is Matthew and I have been a busser for over a year now. Before bussing, I worked at the movie theatre for over a year, and then covid hit. I'm a hard worker, patient, great with customers, and a team player. In my free time, I spend time with my girlfriend at Disneyland and play video games.
I have experience with customer service working at the movie theatre I cleaned the floor and the concession stand area. Directed customers, collected tickets, and covered the cashier a few times. I have been employed as a busser for the last year and I set up and cleaned tables for a busy restaurant at the Knotts Hotel.
I assist in the breakfast buffet with over 400+ customers coming through. I keep a clean area for fast turnover and help the waiters with drinks and serving food. I also organize and clean up the back house.
I graduated high school in June 2019. I have my food handlers card and completed the ABC Alcohol course to be able to serve Alcohol.
