A values-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in the faith and volunteer sector, bringing a unique blend of pastoral leadership, community development, and coaching expertise.
Originally training within the youth and community sector, I developed a strong foundation in relational engagement, mentoring, and grassroots support alongside hands-on experience in multi-trade and construction environments.
As a mature student, I pursued undergraduate studies before training for pastoral ministry, leading to a sustained career in church leadership and organisational development. Throughout this time, I have led teams, developed volunteers, and cultivated healthy, purpose-driven communities.
Following a life-changing ADHD diagnosis in adulthood, I have deepened my professional focus through formal coach training with ADD Coach Academy and am currently working towards ICF-accredited certification. This has strengthened my ability to support individuals in growth, resilience, and personal transformation—particularly those navigating ADHD and life transitions.
I bring high-level leadership capacity with a proven ability to inspire, equip, and mobilise people, alongside strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a passion for seeing individuals and communities thrive.
Intentional Coaching - Worcester August 2025 to Present I am currently developing a professional coaching practice focused on supporting individuals—particularly those with ADHD and ASD—in navigating personal growth, life transitions, and leadership development. Drawing from my own lived experience of a late ADHD diagnosis, alongside formal training with ADD Coach Academy and ongoing ICF-accredited certification, I offer a coaching approach that is both empathetic and structured. My practice integrates coaching principles with a strong relational and strengths-based focus, helping clients build self-awareness, develop sustainable habits, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I specialise in working with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or full of untapped potential, supporting them to translate vision into practical, achievable steps. Alongside this, I bring over 15 years of leadership experience in the faith and volunteer sector, which informs my ability to support clients in areas such as purpose, identity, leadership, and resilience. My coaching style is encouraging, honest, and forward-focused—creating space for both reflection and meaningful action.
