As an Executive Manager leading 10 departments, a team of 46 employees with 6 directly reporting, my responsibilities have been quite substantial. My role involves maintaining the smooth operation of these departments, coordinating business trips and handling human resources matters. Effective leadership and organizational skills are undoubtedly crucial in this position.
