Hello, I am currently looking for a Property Management position in the Park City / Deer Valley Market. For the last 8 years I have been managing high end vacation properties including a 6 bedroom at the Prospector, a 4 bedroom penthouse at Westgate Resort and a 40 acre ranch with 10,000 sq/ft house in the Heber area. I handled all aspects of the vacation rental process A to Z.
Duties including marketing, booking, guest services, concierge, housekeeping, vendor management, accounting, HOA liaison and basic maintenance for the properties. I have worked directly with clients from high end vacationers to large corporate and family groups. I have also worked with the film industry having 4 productions filmed at the ranch.
