- At the beginning of tenure, the applicant pool was 90% catholic students. In final year the applicant pool was 60% Catholic students even though the number of catholic applicants had increased.
- Ran successful “Achieving the Vision” capital campaign to complete a $16 million dollar building project.
- Fundraised and managed $30 million in facilities improvement projects including auxiliary gym, state of the art fitness center, 8 classroom addition, expansion of kitchen and dining commons, chapel expansion and remodel, track resurfacing, turf stadium field, new music facilities, extensive safety upgrades etc…
- Replaced buildings' entire aging HVAC system over the course of 9 years.
- Oversaw two successful Long-Term Visioning Processes.
- Increased AP offerings from 10 to 24. During this time we tripled the number of students taking AP classes and quadrupled the number of tests passed. Passage rates were stable or up throughout.
- Holy Family achieved Gold Medal status with the College Board for participation and passage rates on AP exams.
- Started a guided studies program to support the academic growth of students with mild to moderate learning disabilities. Program has grown to 75 students and failing grades are down significantly.
- Oversaw substantial growth of the music program in terms of both facilities and numbers.
- Athletic programs won nine state championships in the nine years of my tenure. In the previous 92 years HF had won 7 state championships.
- Added Girls Golf, Girls Lacrosse, Poms, Girls Swimming, Girls Wrestling, and Boys Lacrosse to the schools athletic offerings.
- Brought the school into Title IX compliance.
- Successful outreach to the Latino community improved diversity from 21% to 38%.
- Introduced Mock Trial and Speech and Debate courses that enabled schools competitive programs to thrive.
- Increased faculty diversity from 5% to 19%.
- Increased faculty compensation from 67% of the surrounding school district average to 86% in 9 years.
