Matthew Heady

Persuing a career path in software development. I have personal experience in and out of school with developong full stack programs and hardware maintenance. Though I have not worked in the field of IT I have helped companies with technical support eventhough it was not originally apart of my job description.

Currently possess an MTA Network and Microsoft Office certifications. Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with University of Phoenix and estimated graduation of September 2026.

Though my jobs have not been directly related to It Support, I have assisted in the progression and technical aspects of IT support. Through Good Samaritan Society I have assisted with explaining and teaching fellow coworkers how to utilize the integration of online services. As a mechnic for Tires Plus my work consisted of test and troubleshooting electrical work for multiple automotive vehicles.

North East High School IT Academy had us work on several project and act as a third party to complete projects within the school and outside for minor companies. I took part in the setup of the new servers at the time by configuring the servers to enact several protocols and installed the proper software for a continous progress.

During my studies through University of Phoenix - Bachelor in Computer Science, I have learned a multitude of skills relating to software development, hardware modifications, and cyber security. My studies should approximately be finished September 2026. Once I have the proper funding, I plan to take a course of action towards getting more certifications to broaden my knowledge in the IT community so I teach others in the curriculum.
