I am fascinated by the transformative ways editing can be used to structure footage and audio. There are infinite permutations and ways image and sound can be combined to affect both the audience's emotions, opinions, and ideas, as well as the editor themself. My goal is to use this medium to effectively convey precisely what is intended to be conveyed in a film to those watching so it might make a difference in their lives and the decisions they make, and those that I make.
