• Show up early make sure vessels are ready for the guests. Provide knowledge of the area.
• Set up mats, floats & help when needed.

Mate at Tropical Sailing (2021-11 – 2023-03)

• Keep a lookout for other vessels in Biscayne Bay. Raise sails, assist guests in & out of the water.
• Serve drinks & food. Help the Captain with various tasks. Clean & dry vessels prior to launch.

Server at Stiltsville (2019-09 – 2020-03)

• Inform guests of daily food & drink specials. Set up & close down the restaurant. Inform guests on the history of the restaurant.
• Help other servers whenever they need it.

Server at Shuckers (2017-12 – 2019-06)

• Check with guests to make sure they are enjoying their meals. Set up patio for daily service.
