My responsibilities as a Claims Specialist in the Injury Department included evaluating the vehicular damages and bodily injury claims. I was on the Tier 2/3 team which meant I would be responsible for evaluating the damages our customer's or claimants had endured, but I would do this through the litigation process which is what ultimately set us apart from the other Injury Teams. Daily I would go through hundreds of pages of medical records and bills, and I would negotiate and work with attorneys to settle the claim within our policy limits.
