I am a human resource executive with over 25 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resource management as well as manufacturing and operations management. My professional experiences include executive level management, strategic program management, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development and employee relations.
I am currently the Chief Human Resources Officer (MSC CRUISE) for Providence Health and Services for the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Germany. In this role, I am responsible for HR support for over 24,500 employees. In 2019, I also served as the co-leader of the HR administrative transformation work.
This work required leading and managing a portfolio of 54 projects with cross-functional participation and collaboration from all HR centers of expertise as well as other shared services at Providence.
I started my professional career at Intel Corporation where I worked for 23 years. In my time at Intel, I was Director of Human Resources, Human Resource Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager and Production Planner as well as numerous other positions. During my career at Intel, I have managed and supported large, complex, organizations with globally dispersed employees and staff.
At Intel, I had the privilege to start my career at the lowest level in the corporation and progress to the director level.
I have a bachelor's degree in Management of Human Resources from George Fox University in Newberg Oregon and a Masters's degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from Warner Pacific College in Switzerland.
