The military has taught me to be punctual. I am a great communicator and I love bringing out the best in my team. I believe in working together to fulfill a task. When one wins then we all win. I am a team player. I am organized. I believe in putting people in places they may feel uncomfortable in their knowledge in that particular area so they are able to grow. I believe in doing what is right even when no one is looking. Character and integrity are important to me. I believe in celebrating every little win. I believe in discipline and focus. I believe that there's nothing someone cannot do if they simply put their minds to it .

I am a former military. I served 8 years in the army performing services on all-wheel military vehicles. I was a squad leader with approximately 20 soldiers under my leadership. I have been working as a civilian for 20 years on a military base here in California called the NTC ( National Training Center) as a lead and a former mechanic for a government contractor called KBR. We perform all levels of services on military as well as civilian vehicles.

My most relevant education is a hydraulic class I took in Manheim Germany. We learned about Water Contamination, Particulate Contamination, Overheating, Aeration, and Cavitation of hydraulic fluids. I received a certificate at the end of the class.
