My Mission is to prepare Odoo as new Wms (warehouse management system) for every country linked to the Metro marketplace.

• Improve the Inventory module workflow to meet all the business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, including inventory managers and other relevant teams, to clearly understand the business requirements and pain points.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives that the Inventory module should address.
• Streamline Data Entry and Validation.
• Implement user-friendly interfaces for data entry, making it easier for employees to input and update inventory information.
• Apply validation rules to ensure accurate and consistent data entry, reducing errors and discrepancies.
• Enable real-time inventory tracking to provide up-to-date information on stock levels, location, and movement.
• Utilize barcode scanning module of Odoo to improve accuracy and efficiency in managing inventory.
• Integrate the Inventory module with other essential business systems, such as sales.
• This integration enables seamless data flow, improving decision-making and process efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive reports and analytics that offer insights into inventory levels, turnover, and other KPIs.
• Customize reports to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders, such as management and warehouse teams.
• Implement role-based access control to ensure that only authorized personnel can access and modify sensitive inventory data.
• Regularly review and update security measures to protect against data breaches.
• Provide comprehensive training to employees who will be using the Inventory module.
• Offer ongoing support to address any questions or issues that arise during implementation and regular usage.
• Odoo Connector for the data integration between SMS (supply management system) and the Metro Marketplace.
• Carrier integration with XPO, GLS and DHL.
• Migration of data from old WMS (Matlo and Storologix) system to Odoo.

• Go Projects: Module to manage the Contract of infrastructure installations with GO Module (GO is Malta’s leading communications services company) FTTH and Cables installations. Record used items and develop an interface to communicate with their system to update the stock.
• Vodafone Ticketing: Specific module for Vodafone Malta project Notifications and real time interactions between the customer (users), the manager and technicians. Automatic invoices.
• Module for prepaid hourly maintenance contracts for NIM department.
• Module Connect: Enable double Authentication for users using the system outside the VPN. All users who try to connect from outside the company will receive an extra code via SMS.
• Qr Code module.

• Variety of reports for different users.
• Technical environment: The solution was hosted on an external Server (Ubuntu 14.04). Implementation for the HTTPS secure protocol with SSL via NGINX web server. Postgres, Python (Odoo 9), Qweb, CSS, JS.
